I took a simple (strapless) cotton black dress from Wal-Mart and put a casual tee over it :o) Pair this outfit with some gladiator sandals and rock it!! The headband adds a pop of color and the rings placed on each finger makes for a quirky and fun feel. I love this outfit..and it is soo comfortable!
